What started as a couple of folks standing in a front yard drinking mimosas in 2009 has turned into a thriving charitable organization who facilitates events throughout the year. We support Charlotte based groups who have a proven track record of meaningful impact to our community. So far, we are proud of the $250,000+ we have put back into area organizations.
Well that would be the Spring 2022 Mimosa Party of course! And the construct is simple. Hosts from around the city sign up to throw their very own parties on May 21st. We provide the libations - you provide the guest list and help raise the money.
Don't want to be a host? That's ok, convince a friend to throw a party - or - attend one of our open community soirees!
You sign up to throw a party at your house...or wherever! As a host, you pick a fun theme, invite phenomenal guests...and help us raise tons of money!
Fame of course! And the fact that we give you a Party Pack for every 10 guests you invite. Each Party Pack contains 6 bottles of champs*, 1/2 gallon of OJ, 10 cups, 10 guest waivers and instructions on how to accept donations. (*Non-alcoholic Party Packs are available by request)
Yep! You follow state guidelines for COVID safety. You take lots of pics. And for every 10 people you invite to your party, you commit to raise a minimum of $300. EASY!
We love when our hosts get a little competitive - that is why we award prizes for (a) most money raised; (b) best dressed; (c) best themed party.
Don't fret. We provide you with a super simple online platform to securely collect donations through.
While the Hydration Station Foundation is built on a history of mimosas and champagne, we now - and will always - support our brothers and sisters living in sobriety. This organization is for EVERYONE in our community and non-alcoholic Party Packs are available when requested. When signing up to be a host, simply choose non-alcoholic option. In addition, we encourage our hosts to provide alternatives to champagne in their offerings at their individual parties. And as always, ride shares, designated drivers and responsible choices are requested.
